Other manuals and application guides /
Abstract This manual is intended to help the local engineer understand the basics of good roadway lighting and achieve some of its benefits. Rather than give definitive 'best buys' for the enormous range of conditions and situations which the engineer has to face it sets out the various options, and their strengths and weaknesses, so that he can make the most of his scarce budget and equipment.
