Bank September 2003 The team that prepared this Toolkit consisted of
Peter Mackie, John Nellthorp and James Laird from the University of Leeds
and Farhad Ahmed from I.T. Transport Ltd.
The University of Leeds team was the principal author of the Toolkit
with the exception of the Note Distribution of Benefits and Impacts on
Poor People, for which I.T. Transport Ltd was the principal author.
